Digital service and subscription policy

Ragdoll Cats Online is structured as a digital service with immediate or near-immediate access to hosted pages, workspace setup, and protected assets after billing is verified.

Because delivery can begin quickly, charges are generally treated as fees for digital service access and setup rather than shipment of physical goods.

Refund requests

  • Duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or unauthorized transactions should be reported to support immediately
  • If the purchased workspace, activation flow, or deliverable access was not provisioned as promised, support can review the request for correction or refund
  • Once meaningful digital access, downloads, or service delivery has started, refunds may be limited except where required by law

Chargebacks and disputes

Before filing a PayPal dispute or chargeback, customers should contact support@ragdollcats.online so the issue can be reviewed and, when possible, resolved directly.

Chargebacks, abuse, or materially false billing claims may result in temporary suspension of workspace access while the transaction is under review.

Policy updates

Refund timing, dispute handling, and chargeback procedures may be updated to match local law, PayPal requirements, and the live service-delivery process.
